All of our products require printing time prior to dispatch – our current turnaround time is 5–7 working days from receiving your order. This lead time may vary during busy period’s.

Due to the nature of our products, we don't typically accept returns. If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel. To allow us to assist you, please email floraleleganceorders@gmail.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

The delivery fee is £9.95 or free on orders over the value of £175 (before VAT) – an additional fee will be charged for shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands/remote areas – this will be calculated at the checkout.

All orders are dispatched with FedEx or DPD (depending on location) on a next working day service (weekends are not included) - we do not offer any other delivery provider/options.
Please note the above delivery time may vary for destinations outside Mainland UK. Shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands/remote areas generally adds 1/2 working days on top of the above service.

Please specify a manned delivery address as our service is a 'signed for' service - bear this in mind when providing an address for delivery - Whilst we hope this will not be the case there is a chance that there may be a slight delay due to  COVID-19. It may be necessary to extend our usual delivery lead times due to potential delays with our shipping partners.

If a parcel is late or is misdirected there is an infrastructure to track the parcel with your delivery notification - you should already be able to see exactly where your parcel is. In the unlikely event a member of FedEx or DPD staff have made an mistake or not filled in the relevant paper work correctly then contact us and we can then look into this for you.

We will endeavour to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
